Privacy Policy

psychic.click · last updated 30 October 2026

This policy explains what happens to information when you use this website. This site promotes the PsychicBook mobile app. It has no accounts, no forms and no customer records.

Short version: we never ask you for your name, email address or phone number, and there is nothing here to fill in. The site does use the Meta (Facebook) advertising pixel, which places identifiers in your browser and reports your visit to Meta so that advertising can be measured. The app you install, and the store you install it from, are separate and have their own policies.

1. What we do not collect

This site does not ask for, collect or store:

There is no login, no contact form and no sign-up here. Any answers you give on an interactive page stay in your browser's memory for the length of the visit and are not sent to us or saved.

2. Advertising technologies

This site uses the Meta Pixel, a measurement tool provided by Meta Platforms. It loads a script from Meta, places identifiers in your browser, and reports events — such as the fact that this page was viewed — to Meta.

Data collected this way is processed by Meta under its own terms, as described in the Meta Privacy Policy. It may include your IP address, information about your browser and device, and the pages you visited. We use it only in aggregate, to understand how advertising performs. We do not use it to identify you personally and we do not sell it.

We run no analytics beyond this, and no advertising technologies from any other provider.

3. Managing these technologies

You can block or delete cookies and similar identifiers through your browser settings, and the site will keep working. Most browsers also offer a private mode in which they are discarded when you close the window.

Meta offers its own controls over how your information is used for advertising, in the ad settings of your Facebook or Instagram account. Depending on where you live, your device may also offer a tracking setting that applies across apps and websites.

Where the law in your location requires consent before advertising technologies are used, that consent is handled at the point it applies, and you may withdraw it at any time by clearing the identifiers in your browser as described above.

4. Legal basis, where it applies

For visitors in the United Kingdom and the European Economic Area, the Meta Pixel is used for advertising measurement. Where consent is required for this, it is the basis relied on; otherwise the basis is our legitimate interest in understanding whether our advertising works. You can object at any time by blocking the identifiers as described in section 3.

5. Technical information handled by our hosting provider

Like every website, this page is delivered by a hosting provider whose servers may automatically process technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the time of the request, in the ordinary course of delivering the page. That processing is carried out by the provider for security and service delivery under its own policies.

6. The app and the app store

Links on this site lead to the PsychicBook app, through Apple's App Store or Google Play. Those stores, and the app itself, are operated independently of this site and have their own privacy policies and terms. Anything you share with them — an account, a payment, the contents of a chat with an advisor — is handled by them, not by us. We encourage you to read their policies before providing personal information.

7. Children

This site is intended for adults aged 18 or over. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly process information relating to anyone under 18.

8. Your rights

Data protection laws — including the UK GDPR, the EU GDPR and privacy laws in the United States, Canada, Australia and Ireland — give individuals rights over their personal data, such as the right to access, correct or delete it, and to object to processing for direct marketing.

This site keeps no records that identify you, so there is nothing for us to retrieve or erase on our side. Requests concerning data held by Meta, by an app store, or by the app should be directed to those operators, whose policies explain how to make them.

9. Retention

We keep no records of visits. Identifiers placed by the Meta Pixel are retained under Meta's own retention rules. Logs generated by the hosting provider are retained under that provider's standard practice.

10. Changes

This policy may be updated from time to time. A change takes effect when the revised version is published here, and the date at the top is updated to reflect it.

11. Contact

Questions about this policy can be sent to the contact address published on this site.
